“Two spots available!! Unfortunately for my wife and I, our reserved spots with Mitch at Abundio's are opening up at the end of July thanks to a move out of Fort Worth.

There is so much disappointment in our searches to find a replacement for Mitch in our lives. We have been training with him for almost 2 years now and he is the best personal trainer we have ever had. When we found out we were moving it was literally the first thing we moped about. My wife said "Oh no, what the hell are we going to do for Mitch?" and then we proceeded to see if he would move with us! Luckily for his other clients he is staying put.

It has been a wild but transforming journey with Mitch as my personal trainer. Some background, on a good day, I am 4 ft 9.5 inches, ~120lbs, 30 yo female. Mitch was extremely flexible in working around my unpredictable schedule especially when I was away for a few months. If I could have been able to stick to my schedule I would be a on American Ninja Warrior by now :) I believe in two months I have worked with him 3x/4x a week, I have succeeded or have gotten extremely close to my goals. Mitch is kind, motivating, understood my fitness goals and implemented great training plans so I could reach them. He is thorough in explaining what muscles and why you are doing the exercises he prescribes. At times that I pushed myself too hard and injured myself he adjusted and accommodated the workout to alleviate further pain. I know for a fact I would not have been able to reach my goals without Mitch and I would truly miss him when I move. If you’re looking for a change in yourself but need the push, Mitch is your guy.
